If you have received
correspondence from us then it is vital that you clear your
past due account immediately to prevent further action being
taken against you. Co-operate with us and make arrangement
to settle your debt in FULL, as this debt will not go away!

can be located at top right hand section of our letter to
you. Please contact us so that we can confirm the payment

accepts payments using a Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).
PLEASE DO NOT PAY CASH TO ANY
OF OUR COLLECTORS, cheques should be
written in the name of the creditor only.
IMPORTANT:
If you are unable to pay
immediately and in full please do not ignore our
letter, as your debt will not simply disappear.

can discuss with you the possible payment
arrangements.
Please be aware
that we do not send repeated reminders prior to
considering further action. If we do not receive a
response from you then we will be arranging for one
of our Bailiff to call at your last known address to
collect payment from you, or to trace your current
whereabouts.
We will also consider commencing Court proceeding
against you. Should legal action be taken, you will
be liable to pay Court fees, Legal fees, Bailiff
Fees and all outstanding Interest due, in addition
to the outstanding debt.

please disregard our Communication to you. We also
